The AutoAqua Smart Stir is a compact rechargeable test-kit stirrer designed to make regular aquarium water testing quicker, easier and more consistent.
Many liquid and titration test kits require the sample to be mixed thoroughly after adding each reagent or individual drop. Instead of repeatedly stopping to shake the vial, Smart Stir keeps the sample continuously mixed while you test.
Ideal for Titration Tests
Simply place the supplied stirring bead inside your test vial, position the vial in the Smart Stir and switch it on.
The sample is continuously mixed as reagents are added, making it much easier to concentrate on counting drops and watching for the test's colour-change endpoint.
The white base and surround also provide a clear background to help make colour changes easier to see.
Fits Most Test Kit Vials
Smart Stir has a 28mm vial holder and is compatible with most common aquarium test vials, including Red Sea test kit vials.
That makes it an excellent companion for regular testing of parameters such as:
• Alkalinity / KH
• Calcium
• Magnesium
• Nitrate
• Phosphate
• Other compatible liquid and titration tests
Rechargeable & Easy to Use
A built-in lithium battery means there are no disposable batteries to replace.
Recharge using the supplied USB cable, while a low-battery indicator lets you know when charging is required. Smart Stir also automatically switches off after 5 minutes of continuous operation to conserve battery power.
