Recommended Preparation
For the Fauna Marin Balling Light magnesium solution:

Dissolve 2kg Magnesium-Mix in approximately 3 litres of RO water.

Top up with RO water to the finished volume specified by the Balling Light instructions.

Mix thoroughly until dissolved.

Dose according to your aquarium's measured magnesium consumption.
Do not add Trace 1, Trace 2 or Trace 3 to the magnesium solution.
Dosage & Recommended Levels
10ml of prepared solution per 100 litres increases magnesium by approximately 5ppm.
Fauna Marin recommends maintaining magnesium between 1,200–1,450ppm.
Test regularly and adjust dosing according to your aquarium's requirements.
