Copepod & Calanus-Enriched Marine Pellets
Gamma Copepod Complete Pellets 1.5mm are a complete marine food enriched with Copepods, Red Plankton (Calanus sp.) and crustaceans.
Designed for everyday feeding, these small pellets provide an easy way to introduce plankton-rich ingredients into the diet without the preparation required for frozen or live foods.
Why Choose Copepod Complete?
Copepod Complete is particularly useful for:
• Marine fish that naturally consume planktonic foods
• Mixed marine aquariums
• Small to medium marine fish
• Adding Copepod and Calanus variety
• Everyday pellet feeding
• Rotating alongside frozen and live foods
The recipe naturally provides omega-3 and astaxanthin, while natural attractants help encourage fish to feed readily.
1.5mm Pellet Size
The 1.5mm pellet is a useful everyday size for a broad range of marine fish and makes feeding quick and easy to portion.
As the pellets are eaten, fine particles disperse through the water where corals and other filter-feeding invertebrates may also capture them.
Which Gamma Pellet Should I Choose?
Marine Complete – the general-purpose everyday pellet for mixed marine aquariums.
Copepod Complete – choose for greater emphasis on Copepods, Calanus and crustaceans.
Algae & Colour Boost – choose for herbivorous fish and grazers where greater marine algae content is preferred.
Gamma also produces a 0.8mm Copepod Complete Nano Pellet for smaller mouths and nano fish.
How to Feed
Offer a small amount that your fish can readily consume, adding more if required rather than overfeeding.
Use as an everyday food or rotate with appropriate frozen, live and other dry foods for greater dietary variety.
