TMC Reef Roller Manual Filter – Aquarium Sump Roller Filtration

TMC Reef Roller – Manual Aquarium Roller Filter

Enjoy cleaner aquarium water and simpler sump maintenance with the TMC Reef Roller, a compact manual roller filter designed for effective mechanical filtration in marine aquariums.

An excellent alternative to traditional filter socks, the Reef Roller captures suspended waste on a continuous roll of fine filter material that can be advanced whenever required.

Effective Mechanical Filtration

As aquarium water passes through the filter roll, suspended detritus, uneaten food and other fine particles become trapped within the material.

This helps improve water clarity and reduces the amount of particulate waste accumulating in your sump and filtration equipment.

Regularly advancing the roll also removes collected debris from the active water flow, helping prevent trapped organic waste from breaking down in the aquarium.

Simple Manual Roll Advancement

Unlike automatic roller filters that rely on motors and sensors, the TMC Reef Roller uses a straightforward manual winding mechanism.

When the exposed filter material becomes dirty or starts restricting water flow, simply turn the roller to expose a fresh section.

This practical design offers the convenience of disposable roller filtration without the complexity of an automated system.

Compact & Easy to Maintain

Designed for installation in compatible aquarium sumps, the Reef Roller provides effective filtration without taking up excessive space.

Its accessible construction makes it straightforward to inspect, clean and replace the filter roll when required.

The removable filtration media also eliminates the need to repeatedly wash conventional filter socks.

Three Sizes Available

Reef Roller S: A compact solution for smaller reef aquariums and sump systems.

Reef Roller M: Designed for medium-sized marine aquariums requiring greater filtration capacity.

Reef Roller L: Suitable for larger reef systems with higher mechanical filtration demands.

Choose the model that matches your aquarium's water flow and available sump space.
