Real Mysis relicta
The important difference between Chromys and many conventional liquid foods is what's actually suspended inside it.
Chromys contains Mysis relicta, with NYOS specifying a food-size range of approximately 0.2–20mm.
This gives you a genuine zooplankton food rather than simply a blended or flavoured liquid feed, while retaining the convenience of something you can keep ready for feeding.
Liquid Convenience Without Defrosting
Mysis is one of the most useful foods in marine fishkeeping, but conventional frozen Mysis normally requires removing a portion from the freezer and thawing it before feeding.
With Chromys, no defrosting is required.
