The Lookdown are a very active swimming fish, they require a very large aquarium with open swimming space.

They will feed on chopped meaty foods, and will eat any small fish or invertebrates. Lookdowns can be kept with other larger fish species but should notbe kept with any overly aggressive fish as their skin can be damaged easily.
