Truncate Butterflyfish do well in reef aquariums as long as no large aggressive fish are also kept in the same aquarium. They may at first be reluctant to feed, however they can be coaxed by live brineshimp or mysis. Provide a varied diet of finely chopped meaty foods, brine shrimp and mysis.
