Typical Water Parameters
At approximately 1.024 specific gravity and 25°C:

Mixing Instructions

Fill a clean container with purified RO/DI water.

Gradually add the required quantity of Instant Ocean salt while circulating.

Check salinity with a calibrated refractometer.

For typical tropical reef aquariums, a salinity of approximately 35 ppt is commonly used.
