Bring dependable, adjustable water movement to your marine aquarium with EcoTech Marine Vectra return pumps. Designed for sump returns and closed-loop circulation, the S2, M2 and L2 combine powerful DC technology, flexible installation and convenient wireless control.

Smart Flow Control

Fine-tune the return flow to suit your aquarium and plumbing rather than relying solely on a restrictive valve. Vectra pumps can run at a selected constant speed, while calibration helps match operation to your system. Speed Lock prevents accidental changes to your chosen setting.

Mobius Wireless Control

Use the Mobius app on a compatible mobile device to adjust and manage your pump wirelessly. Convenient scheduling and operating controls make it easier to integrate water movement with your daily aquarium routine. A dedicated pump driver is included, so basic operation does not depend on using the app.

Return Pump and Closed-Loop Modes

In return-pump mode, the Vectra delivers controlled circulation between the sump and display aquarium. Feed Mode temporarily reduces flow to help prevent food being swept straight into the overflow. For compatible closed-loop installations, selectable patterns include Lagoonal Random, Reef Crest Random and Gyre modes, providing varied water movement without an in-tank powerhead.

Flexible Installation and Easy Maintenance

The sealed magnetic-drive design allows submersible or external inline installation. Supplied QuickCouple connections simplify removal for servicing, and the rotatable pump housing helps accommodate different plumbing layouts. Regular inspection and cleaning of the impeller and intake help maintain reliable performance.

Battery Backup Compatibility

Vectra pumps can be connected to the separately available EcoTech Battery Backup, helping maintain essential circulation during a power interruption. Runtime depends on the pump, settings and battery condition; the backup is not included with the pump.

Choose Your Vectra

Select the compact S2, versatile M2 or higher-capacity L2 according to the actual return flow needed after pipework resistance and vertical lift are taken into account. The maximum advertised flow is measured under favourable conditions; real-world flow decreases as head pressure increases.
